How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you sign up for WordCrafter, you immediately gain full access to all platform features for 14 days. After the trial period, your account automatically transitions to the paid plan you've selected unless you choose to cancel beforehand. Canceling during your trial means you won't be charged anything.
Can I switch my plan anytime?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your WordCrafter plan whenever you need. Upgrades are prorated based on your remaining billing cycle, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What are input and output tokens?
Tokens are like digital credits used when interacting with our AI models. Input tokens represent text you input (such as instructions or content you wish the AI to optimize), while output tokens are consumed when the AI generates content for you. Roughly speaking, every 1,000 words of content equates to around 1,300 tokens.
How do AI models affect token usage?
Different AI models offered by WordCrafter have varying token consumption rates:
Premium models (e.g., GPT-4.5): Ideal for complex tasks but consume more tokens.
Standard models (Claude 3.7 Sonnet, GPT-4o, Gemini 2.0 Pro): Offer balanced performance and token usage.
Economy models (GPT-4o mini, Claude 3.5 Haiku, Gemini 2.0 Flash): Consume fewer tokens, ideal for simpler tasks.

Do unused credits roll over?
No, unused credits (new post credits, input, and output tokens) do not roll over. They must be utilized within the current billing cycle.
What is a new post credit?
New post credits allow you to either create a new article, optimize existing content, or generate comprehensive content briefs. Each credit is valid for completing one of these actions.
What payment methods do you accept?
WordCrafter accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you'll retain access until your current billing cycle concludes. Afterward, your subscription will end, and no further charges will apply.
