At WordCrafter, we believe in offering you complete flexibility and control over your subscription. With no restrictive long-term contracts, you can effortlessly adjust your subscription based on your evolving needs. This article guides you on how to effectively manage your WordCrafter subscription, including upgrading, downgrading, and canceling your plan.

Managing Your Subscription During Free Trial

WordCrafter offers a generous 14-day free trial of the Pro plan, giving you full access to all features and benefits of your chosen plan. During this trial period, you can freely upgrade your plan or cancel your subscription at any time.

If you decide the service isn't right for you, canceling during your free trial will prevent any charges from occurring. If you don't cancel by the end of the 14-day period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid Pro plan ($29/mo).

Upgrading Your Subscription

You can easily upgrade your subscription at any time directly through your account's Plans & Usage page. When you decide to upgrade, the changes take effect immediately, giving you instant access to the higher limits and additional features. Your new subscription fee is calculated on a prorated basis, ensuring you only pay for the remaining period of your current billing cycle.

For instance, upgrading from a Pro ($29/month) to a Startup ($99/month) or an Enterprise plan ($399/month) will immediately provide increased post credits, token allowances, and premium support features.

To explore token allocations and limits specific to your preferred AI model (e.g., Claude 3.7 Sonnet, GPT-4o, Gemini 2.5 Pro), visit our pricing page and select your chosen model under the plans to view how many tokens each plan provides.

Downgrading Your Subscription

Downgrading your plan is just as straightforward. If your current plan exceeds your usage needs, you can downgrade at any time from the Plans & Usage page. Unlike upgrades, downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. This allows you to continue utilizing your current plan's full benefits until the end of the billing period, ensuring no immediate loss of services or features.

Remember that unused credits (new post credits, input tokens, and output tokens) do not roll over to the next billing cycle, so ensure you're choosing the plan that aligns closely with your ongoing requirements.

Canceling Your Subscription

If you decide to cancel your WordCrafter subscription, you can do so effortlessly from the Plans & Usage page. Upon cancelation, you'll maintain full access to your account and all plan features until your current billing period concludes.

After this period, your subscription will officially terminate, and no further charges will occur.

If you change your mind after canceling, simply resubscribe to continue creating and optimizing content with WordCrafter’s powerful AI-driven tools.
